Tengiz Sepiashvili was born in 1946 in Tbilisi. From 1964 to 1969 he studied at the Georgian Polytechnic Institute, Faculty of Architecture. Since then he has been working in architecture and exhibition design.
Tengiz Sepiashvili is the author and co-author of artistic pavilions of Georgian pavilions in 17 countries around the world. Among them: Zagreb (1976, gold medal), Moscow (1982 silver medal), Dijon (1995 gold medal). From 1996 to 2000 he was the main artist of Tbilisi. 1998 Awarded the Medal of Honor of the Republic of Georgia. Since 2010 he has been working on kinetic sculptures and collage paintings. In 2011 he became a member of the London Museum of Kinematics. In 2014, Bakur Sulakauri Publishing House published the book "Sefo" which includes all the landmark works of the artist (Ketevan Kintsurashvili, Davit Janiashvili).
